Data Deletion Instructions

How to delete your Furendly account and the data linked to it.

Delete it yourself

  1. In the Furendly app, open Settings and choose Delete account. Or sign in on the website and open furendly.ca/delete-account.
  2. Confirm the deletion.
  3. Your account is scheduled for deletion after a short grace period, during which you can cancel by signing back in. After that your profile, dogs, bookings and messages are permanently removed, except records we must keep by law (for example payment records).

Ask us to do it

Email support@furendly.ca from the address on your account, or if you signed up with Facebook, tell us the name on your Furendly profile. We confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Advertising data

Furendly shares limited app activity (such as sign-ups and purchases) with Meta and TikTok to measure advertising, using a one-way hashed identifier. Deleting your account removes the link we hold; to remove data already held by those platforms, use their own tools: Facebook Settings → Your Facebook information, and TikTok Settings → Privacy.
